Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute needs a vice president of human resources in Fort Myers, Florida.

Duties of the full-time position include developing and implementing HR capital-related policy and procedures, overseeing the development of comprehensive compensation plans, improving employee engagement, overseeing workplace safety programs, ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws, and providing leadership for recruiting needs, benefit administration, employee related issues.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree; at least 10 years of HR experience; a valid Florida driver’s license; and leadership and coaching skills.

Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree and health care experience.
