Performance research firm Brandon Hall Group of Delray Beach, Florida recently recognized Paychex, an integrated HCM solution provider, with a 2017 gold medal for excellence in technology for its proprietary “Paychex Flex” program.
The acknowledgement is not new to Paychex, which previously scored a 2016 bronze medal for the same program. Paychex Flex functions as a cloud-based HCM system, automating certain HR tasks to free up business leaders to redirect their energy towards productive goals.
"Paychex is honored to receive this recognition from Brandon Hall, one of the top industry research and analyst firms," Tom Hammond, Paychex's vice president of corporate strategy and product management, said. "We firmly believe that the breadth and depth of our products and services afford the small and mid-size markets the ability to compete with Fortune 500 companies when it comes to driving efficiencies, streamlining business processes, and recruiting, onboarding, managing, and ultimately retaining top talent. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to meeting the needs of businesses for the last 46 years and in the many years to come."
Paychex attained the “Best Advance in HR or Workforce Management Technology for Small and Medium-sized Businesses" honor after a rigorous evaluation by industry experts and Brandon Hall personnel — assessing product appeal, innovation, value and measurable outcome.
"Human capital management is evolving faster than at any time in its history, and it is powered by innovative technology developed and implemented by organizations big and small," Rachel Cooke, Brandon Hall Group’s head of the awards program, said.
Paychex Flex unites data, technology and service, letting users shrink administrative time commitments, maintain labor expenses, improve performance and handle compliance.
