Mercy Hospital Springfield in Missouri is looking to hire a full-time human resources generalist.

The person in this position will administrator HR policies and programs, and consultant across numerous areas including recruitment, benefits, change management, compensation, co-worker relations, and workforce planning.

Prospective candidates must possess one plus year related experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS software; strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and decision-making skills; the ability to work collaboratively with others; the ability to handle confidential information; and knowledge of HR-related legal requirements and government reporting regulations.

Preferred qualifications include an associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
