Duties of the position include coordinating open enrollment, reviewing benefit options with new hires, collecting dependent verifications, administering the health benefit program, maintaining the employee benefits filing system, preparing payments for benefit vendors, and handling benefit complaints.
Prospective candidates must possess seven years of professional level health benefits experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience; strong communication and computer skills; and knowledge of benefit laws, practices, and principles
