Adhesive tape solutions manufacturer Tesa is looking to hire a payroll and benefits administrator in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Duties of the position include administrating employee benefits programs, processing payroll, maintaining employee personnel records, performing payroll and benefit audits, producing payroll reports, responding to employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with payroll and benefit regulations.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field, or equivalent education/experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong knowledge of a variety of computer software applications; strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, research, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills; the ability to handle confidential information; and the ability and willingness to travel.
Preferred qualifications include at least five years experience administering payroll experience with ADP systems, and knowledge and experience of 401(K) compliance.
