Duties of the position include providing support for all benefit programs, developing and maintaining databases, interacting with employees, and advising internal customers.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree, one year of related experience, or a combination of education and related experience totaling five years; strong communication and multi-tasking skills; and the ability to work independently and as a team member.

Preferred qualifications include experience in employee benefits, working with the public in a customer service-type role, and handling confidential information.
