Provider of payroll and HCM software Paylocity Holding Corp. recently earned a spot on the 2018 Best Places to Work list from the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice award program, joining notable firms from diverse business sectors.

Determined by analysis of employee-driven input from the past year, Glassdoor Employees’ Choice awards acknowledge areas of excellence including career development opportunities, salary and benefits, work/life balance, work culture and more. Results are aggregated for quantity, quality and consistency.

Paylocity qualifies as a large company (with more than 1,000 staffers) and prides itself on “an empowering, rewarding and creatively collaborative culture,” according to company spokespersons. Paylocity also ranked highly in Glassdoor’s 2017 assessment of best places to interview.

Company representatives also noted the firm’s generous benefits, leave policy and community involvement.
