Duties of the full-time position include ensuring the proper administration of FLMA benefits, interpreting policies and procedures, providing employee counseling, advising on employee relations matters, participating in unemployment hearings, and investigating employee complaints.

Prospective candidates must possess an associate’s degree and four years of HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training; a Mississippi gaming permit; strong communication skills; and knowledge of basic office equipment, as well as knowledge of local, state and federal HR laws and regulations.
