BioFire Diagnostics needs a human resources generalist in Salt Lake City.

The person in this position will be responsible for supporting and administering HR policies, procedures and programs in numerous areas including new employee onboarding, worker’s compensation, employee relations, and employment law and regulation compliance.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or significant related experience; at least two years HR generalist experience; and strong customer service skills.

Preferred qualifications include experience with employment laws, experience with Ceridian DayForce and coRHus applications, and PHR/SPHR certification.
