Celadon Group has named Vincent Donargo the company's vice president and chief accounting officer.

Donargo has over 30 years of accounting and financial experience, previously serving as the executive vice president and chief finance officer for Beaulieu Group from 2016-2017 and was the executive vice president of finance operations for Brightstar Corp. from 2015-16, as well as executive vice president and chief finance officer from 2014-15. 

Donargo attended Rutgers University where he earned his bachelor's in accounting. 

"Vince's deep expertise in accounting and financial matters will be invaluable to the Company and we look forward to his contributions," Chief Financial and Strategy Officer Thom Albrecht said.

Additionally, Donargo is pleased with the new position and what he can bring to the company.

"I am excited to join Celadon and support the Company's ongoing efforts," ," Donargo said. "I look forward to working with Thom in leading the accounting team and playing a key role at Celadon."

As far as refinancing, Celadon has entered into an agreement of the classification Sixth Amendment to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, which will allow it to refinance their revolving credit facility and the payment of any fees required.
