Sullivan, Cotter and Associates, a consulting firm specializing in rewards programs and workforce solutions for health care and not-for-profit entities, recently greeted Eric Feinstein as its principal and newest leadership team member.
Focusing on the firm’s employee workforce practice division, Feinstein will guide health care facilities as they construct their feasible and mission-oriented compensation and benefits packages. With a broad background in health plan work including strategy, operations, financial oversight, HR and more, Feinstein will apply his expertise as he works with clients.
"As payment models evolve and organizations take on more risk, aligning performance with strategic goals across all segments of the health care workforce is critical," SullivanCotter President and CEO Ted Chien said. “Organizations must develop more holistic, system-wide approaches to compensation and benefits to achieve both short and long term objectives.”
Before coming to SullivanCotter, Feinstein worked with nationwide Catholic health system Ascension, as well as a large international HR firm, serving as an actuary and consultant. He brings proven success from over 25 years of work with hospitals and related facilities, with a focus on workforce architecture and rewards program design.
“Leveraging an impressive depth of executive leadership and actuarial experience, Eric will … analyze executive, provider and employee workforce data and glean insights to support the development of integrated and value-driven total rewards strategies,” Chien said.
The company operates offices in Minneapolis, New York and Parsippany, New Jersey.
