The Swire Coca-Cola USA company is seeking a benefits administrator for its Draper, Utah office to handle benefits processing for medical, dental, vision and 401(k) along with FMLA and ADA responsibilities.
The administrator will oversee procedures for 6,700 full-time employees, both union and non-union workers. In addition to customary benefits handling, he or she will convey benefits information to staff; supervise data integrity; counsel workers; oversee new programs, and review existing practices.
Candidates should have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field; those who are CBP are preferred. Additionally, applicants should bring at least four years of experience in benefits administration for a large interstate company; and at least one year in benefits administration with vendor and system feeds.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is required; a background with a beverage or manufacturing firm is a plus, as is familiarity with unions and collective bargaining. Spanish language fluency is also preferred.
Swire Coca-Cola is the nation’s third-largest bottler, covering an area in 11 western states. Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), life insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
