Bohemian Hotel in Celebration, Florida is looking for a human resources specialist.
Duties of the position include recruiting and interviewing potential employees, conducting background and reference checks, conducting new employee orientation, maintaining employee files, preparing and transmitting payroll, keeping records of benefits plans participation, preparing employee separation notices, planning employee events, maintaining employee bulletin boards, sorting and distributing mail, ordering office supplies, assisting with accident investigations, and responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred qualifications include experience in similar size organizations.
