Coca-Cola is hiring a benefits operations specialist in Tampa, Florida.
Duties of the position include administering benefits plans, researching benefit deductions, resolving complex benefits cases, correcting systemic errors from payroll processing, ensuring benefits plan compliance, and collaborating with others such as third party administrators and vendors.
Prospective candidates must possess an associate’s degree, two years of college or high school with three plus years in benefits plans/defined benefit plans; two plus years of HR or benefit plan experience; two plus years of customer service experience; case management system experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, listening, analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving skills; the ability to work independently and as a team member; and the ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or five plus years in benefits plans; three plus years of benefit plan experience; SAP knowledge and experience; proficiency in specialized computer programs and applications; and French/English and Spanish/English bilingual.
