Management consulting firm McKinsey & Co. seeks a human resource generalist.
Duties of the position include assisting with the recruiting process, managing new hire processes, coordinating new hire orientations, managing personnel files, and managing personnel reporting.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree; at least two years of HR-related experience; experience with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems; and strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and customer service skills.
Preferred qualifications include a degree in a HR related field.
