The American Diabetes Association needs a benefits administrator in Arlington, Virginia.
Duties of the full-time position include assisting with annual open enrollment, administering benefit and retirement plans, reconciling monthly invoices against payroll reports, resolving benefits claims issues and plan changes, performing quality checks of benefits-related data, and responding to employee inquiries.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and/or equivalent work experience, experience with Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, the ability to work as a team member, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred qualifications include three years of HR administrative experience.
