Community Bank, which has 17 locations throughout Southern California, has appointed Anne Trinh as its talent acquisition manager.

“We are thrilled to have Anne heading up our Talent Acquisition practice,” Community Bank Executive Vice President and Chief HR Officer Robert Cassidy said. “She is well respected in the banking community, and her experience and competencies are a great complement to our HR management team. Trinh most recently served as vice president and lead corporate recruiter at East West Bank. Other roles she has held include career development program specialist for the Los Angeles County Office of Education, executive recruiter for Spencer White & Co., and senior recruiter for Russell Stephens.

“I’m looking forward to continuing to identify key talents, as well as strengthening our market presence and expanding recruitment efforts,” Trinh said.
