Irvine, California’s employment background check firm HireRight recently won the Association of Talent Development’s (ATD) BEST Awards, receiving the honor at a Washington, D.C. ceremony in a nod to its employee development and performance programs.
Singled out among 40 firms spanning a variety of industry sectors, HireRight placed among the top tier out of approximately 175 companies from 11 nations. Entries were judged on the merits of submitted qualitative and quantitative data.
ATD President and CEO Tony Bingham described the deserving companies as those striving to maintain the highest engagement standards.
“Creating innovative, vibrant learning cultures and developing talent … are hallmarks of ATD BEST winners,” Bingham said. “They get it. Leaders in these organizations value the impact that talent development achieves, because they know that having a knowledgeable and skilled workforce drives success.”
