The Persol Group and Kelly Services have recently partnered with Bullhorn and Astute Payroll to launch a leading recruitment CRM and workforce management system.

“Persol Kelly has committed to an exciting expansion plan in the region,” Persol Kelly CEO Takayuki Yamazaki said in a press release. “We know that partnering with Bullhorn and Astute Payroll is the right solution to help us establish and maintain the strong market position we aspire to.”

Bullhorn and Astute Payroll announced their joint venture with Kelly Services and The Persol Group to create a system designed to improve the productivity of 300 recruiters and ensure management of Kelly’s workforce across Australia and New Zealand.  According to the companies, Persol Kelly will become the region’s largest comprehensive staffing services and HR solutions company.

“Asia Pacific is of huge strategic importance to us,” Bullhorn vice president of corporate development and international Peter Linas said in a statement. “Our deal with Persol Kelly signifies the tremendous growth of Bullhorn’s APAC operations since we launched our Sydney office in 2013.”

Persol Kelly, established in 2016 by a joint venture between Persol Holdings and Kelly Services, is one of the largest workforce solutions providers in the region and has 50 offices across 13 countries.
