GIGA Solutions has partnered with Hoops HR automation software company to launch a high-tech digital recruiting system designed to attract and acclimate prospective employees throughout the employment process. 

“Our clients have been waiting for a program like the Hoops HR platform to take them to the next level,” GIGA Solutions co-founder Carla Busick said in a statement.

The companies have announced their collaboration on the new software package, which they say will help staffing firms and companies “engage in the new war for talent.” The software includes offering pre-interview applicant video capabilities along with text messaging to applicants to keep the line of communication open during the employment process.

"Today's millennials, which will eclipse over 75 percent of the workforce by 2030, expect more personalized and memorable user experiences from their employers,” Hoops HR CEO Bill Carroll said in a press release. “Simply put, traditional applicant tracking and HRIS solutions don't meet those expectations. Dallas-based Hoops offers talent experience automation software to employers and the staffing industry. GIGA Solutions is a national provider of property and casualty insurance based in Boca Raton, Florida.
