Wisconsin health care system Aurora Health Care is looking for a full-time human resources generalist.

Duties of the position include implementing retention strategies, providing performance management guidance, identifying innovative HR solutions, resolving employee relations issues, serving as a human capital management consultant on HR related matters, and analyzing HR metrics.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; three years of HR experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, multi-tasking and analytical skills; the ability to use HR technology systems; and knowledge of HR disciplines and business practices.

Preferred qualifications include experience working in a complex healthcare organization.
