Deloitte Consulting recently acquired a rewards optimization analytics component from Bug Insights, a business specializing in product optimization and human resources solutions based in Houston.
Bug Insights is a marketing and human capital analytics firm helping organizations to make informed decisions through optimum data. Via the new system, Deloitte’s clients can better identify what workers appreciate most in their rewards programs, the company said.

"As employees' demands shift, organizations are recognizing the need for strategic management of their total rewards programs.”
Based on changes in the workforce population and in technology itself, businesses are increasingly looking to tailor their worker incentive ideas to appeal to employees and retain talent.
