Barnes & Noble College seeks a benefit administrator to work at its Basking Ridge, New Jersey corporate office.
Duties of the position include providing support during annual open enrollment, maintaining employee benefit files, administering health and welfare related activities, communicating retroactive benefit dedications to employees and payroll, generating separation packages for employees terminating employment, resolving claim issues, and responding to employee inquiries.
Prospective candidates must possess an associate’s degree and at least two years of related experience; sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office; strong customer service skills; the ability to work under moderate to limited supervision; the ability to work as a team member; and knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures involved in administering employee benefits.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Ultimate Software.
