Applicants should have an associate’s degree in business administration or related field; a bachelor’s degree, HR certification and/or one year of experience are highly desirable.
Responsibilities include front desk monitoring activities such as greeting guests and fielding phone calls. Additionally, the specialist will help colleagues with benefit-related questions; track insurance billing; and process and follow FMLA requests.
The successful candidate will have an aptitude for detail, knowledge of HR and benefit regulations, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment while remaining professional and friendly.
