Human resources and technology consulting firm Benefit Technology Resources (BTR) was among other industry experts that recently attended the annual HR Technology Conference & Expo in Las Vegas.
BTR representatives attended the 20th annual conference and expo which is one of the largest conferences of top experts in the HR tech industry.
"Innovation played an important role in this year's presentations,” BTR’s Jamie Hawkins said in a press release. “In the HR Hack Lab, we learned that employees are constantly surrounded by the opportunities to innovate. We just need to learn to identify and take those risks when they arise.”
According to BTR, a Sierra Cedar HR Systems Survey, which is the longest running and most widely respected published research in the HR industry, has shown significant data on HR technology’s rapid evolvement.
“There is a difference between management and leadership. At this point in time, HR tech needs great leaders to correspond with the increase in demand for viable and sustainable systems solutions,” Hawkins said in a statement.
BTR, an independent HR technology consulting firm, serves companies with 50 to 10,000 employees and specializes in helping insurance brokers and their employees and clients improve the efficiency of their existing technology.
