Principle Business Enterprises (PBE) has tapped Rodney Eason to serve as the company’s vice president of human resources and administrative services.

Eason, who brings 23 years of operations management, training, safety and human resources leadership, has joined their team to help support the company’s rapid growth.   

"Rodney is a perfect fit for the values of the business and is well qualified to lead us to higher levels of organizational development,” PBE co-CEO Chuck Stocking said in a press release. “We are very excited to have him as a member of our team. As the chief strategist and visionary for Human Resources at PBE, Eason will focus on driving excellence within PBE's recruitment, hiring, career development, and overall rewards programs.”

Eason, who is certified as a senior professional in human resources and a Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional, previously served as HR director for The Andersons.

PBE is a manufacturing firm that develops and markets high-performance absorbent products with applications in health care, industry and consumer products.
