For the second year in a row, human capital management (HCM) consulting firm HRchitect of Frisco, Texas has earned certification status from Great Place to Work analysts.

The distinction, based on self-appraisal from firms’ own employees, marks a high point for the technology consultation business. 

“We strive to continually raise the bar in terms of our employee experience, as we believe our people are our most important asset,” President and CEO Matt Lafata said. “The quantitative analysis we received based on our employee response data is a powerful indicator that we continue to be on the right path in creating a great work environment.”

The independent survey team at Great Place to Work, which produces ranking lists for Fortune focusing on millennials, women, diversity and more, polled a random sampling of HRchitect employees in U.S. and Canadian sites. Results revealed a confidence level of 90 percent.

The news arrived at the outset of what HRchitect expects to be a strong fiscal quarter as the company completes its 20th year in business. Scores excelled in cooperation, trust and management’s flexibility when it comes to “honest mistakes.”

“According to our study, 98 percent of HRchitect employees say it is a great workplace,” Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of Great Place to Work’s certification and list production, said.
