Yacht and public dining cruise company Hornblower seeks a human resources benefits coordinator in San Diego, California.
Duties of the full-time position include coordinating open enrollment, maintaining the benefits portal, coordinating annual ACA reporting and filing, answering employee benefit questions, ensuring insurance premiums are reconciled, and providing backup to the HR team on things such as orientations and benefit enrollments.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or HR, or related field; at least two years working in a HR or benefits role; proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong communication skills; and experience with HRIS.
Preferred qualifications include experience with UltiPro.
