Integris Health, an organization that manages health care facilities throughout Oklahoma, seeks a human resources benefits consultant.
Duties of the position include conducting employee orientations and training, developing and administering system benefit programs, monitoring program quality, providing guidance on benefits issues, interpreting policies and procedures, disseminating communications on benefit issues, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or HR management, two years of HR and/or benefits experience, a current Oklahoma drivers license, a good driving record, strong communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and database programs, and knowledge of benefits regulations.
Preferred qualifications include experience in a hospital or other health care organization.
