Businessolver has opened a new satellite office outside of West Des Moines that is set to offer 74-plus jobs supporting participant services and client services.
With branches already operational in Denver, Charlotte and Seattle, Businessolver said in a press release that it continues to tend to its workforce’s well-being with attention to details such as free catered meals, plentiful parking, lounge areas and site security. Its newest facility is also situated strategically to reduce commuting time with easy access from local thoroughfares.
Businessolver has even included a study area based on its regular student intern population. The new site will not only let the company draw existing human resources professionals but also allow it to cull talent from the nearby University of Iowa, which has a top-ranked Master of Business Administration program.
Founder, CEO and President Jon Shanahan noted the school’s potential to enhance Businessolver in a press release.
“Although I did attend Iowa State University, I can’t think of a better reason to put my alumni loyalty aside than to welcome new talented and passionate solvers to Iowa City,” Shanahan said. “Iowa City is expanding its already deep roots as a center for business and HR talent, and we’re looking forward to supporting Businessolver’s continued growth with the city’s best and brightest there.”
