iSolved recently showcased its human capital management (HCM) system at the HRSouthwest event, which took place in the Fort Worth Convention Center.
iSolved staff were on hand to teach HR professionals about the system and show them how it can improve employee engagement and increase compliance while reducing time spent on executing employee management tasks. Attendees to iSolved’s booth also learned about how they could unify payroll with HR, time tracking and benefits enrollment. According to iSolved, this unification simplifies workforce management.
The HRSouthwest conference is a major regional educational and networking event. More than 2,500 HR professionals attended. The event featured keynote speakers such as John O’Leary, a burn victim survivor who wrote "On Fire: The 7 Choices to Ignite a Radically Inspired Life,” and Laura Bush, the former first lady. Bush is an advocate for education, human rights and health care.
iSolved owns a human capital management system that allows companies to consolidate HR categories as payroll, HR, time and attendance, onboarding, ACA compliance and benefits enrollment.
