Paychex's human capital management systems will now include two new products – Paychex Flex Onboarding Essentials and a do-it-yourself handbook builder.

Hammond noted the new products are in line with the company’s goal of delivering innovative solutions that empower organizations of all sizes. These products, Hammond states, will help clients secure and keep top talent.
The onboarding product will help clients get their new employees quickly up to speed on company processes.
"Onboarding extends far beyond filling out required government forms," Hammond said. "The right onboarding experience sets the tone for employee engagement from day one.”
The online DIY handbook builder will help clients create employee handbooks.
"It may seem overstated, but an accurate and updated employee handbook is essential for any business," Hammond said.
