LEGOLAND Florida Resort seeks a human resources specialist in payroll and benefits.
Duties of the position include assisting with the payroll system, administering leaves of absence, assisting with time and attendance record keeping, administering benefits programs, and maintaining files.
Prospective candidates must possess a high diploma or GED equivalent, a valid driver’s license and safe driving record, the willingness to use their own vehicle for business purposes, previous payroll and benefits experience and knowledge, experience with Microsoft Office products, strong communication and time management skills, the ability to handle confidential information, the ability to work flexible hours, and knowledge of payroll and benefits related state and federal laws and regulations.
Preferred qualifications include some college in business, HR or related field.
