Duties of the position include assisting with the development and implementation of employee benefit programs, administering paid time off programs, resolving associate issues, supporting benefit events, and responding to questions on benefits-related topics.
Prospective candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED; at least one year experience in a HR benefits function; working knowledge of Windows-based business computers and Microsoft Office programs; strong communication and project planning skills; the ability to work as a team player; the ability to handle confidential information; and working knowledge of HR management software, as well as regulatory environments as they relate to benefits programs.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration or related field, and bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
