Interior design and installation services provider Interior Specialists is looking to hire a human resources support administrator in Aurora, Colorado.
Duties of the full-time position include creating and posting job requisitions, conducting initial interviews, preparing offer letters, coordinating new employee onboarding paperwork, conducting new employee orientations, assisting with benefits administration and enrollment, coordinating leave administration, assisting with employee relations counseling, maintaining HR records, attending meetings, administering HR plans and procedures, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment and benefits laws and regulations.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of HR and recruitment experience, or a combination of education and experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; and the ability to work independently and as a team player.
Preferred qualifications include five to 10 years of HR experience, SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP or SHSRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification, and ADP knowledge and experience.
