With a 20-year track record of tangible results, Rachel Platt was recently appointed to the position of senior managing director and chief HR officer at Ankura Consulting in Washington, D.C.
Having worked in the professional services, direct response, online, and telecommunications sectors, Platt brings expertise in strategic HR planning, new programs and policies, employee relations, recruiting and retention as well as compensation, benefits, performance management and talent development.
The new officer, who will report to Ankura CEO Roger Carlile, earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Emory University. Having earned SPHR certification, she is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
