Savant Capital Management is looking for a full-time human resources representative in Rockford, Illinois.

Duties of the position include administering and maintaining job postings, conducting applicant reference checks, leading the employee recruitment and selection process, delivering employment offers, developing training programs, managing employee assessment programs, assisting with the annual performance management process, developing and monitoring company wage and salary structures, assisting with competitive market research and compensation studies, and attending meetings.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organization development or related field; four years of progressive HR experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and organizational skills; the ability to be a team player; the ability to handle confidential information; and general knowledge of employment laws and practices.

Preferred qualifications include SHRM-CP designation or PHR certification.
