Earning top grades for inclusivity and its support of a diverse work culture, global consulting provider Protiviti has been named to Consulting magazine’s list of "Best Firms to Work For" for the fourth year in a row.
President and CEO Joseph Tarantino expressed pride in the firm’s achievement, emphasizing that it serves as a reflection of how staff views the company.
"Our people are able to grow their careers in a collaborative and diverse environment where they are empowered to solve problems and build deep expertise,” Tarantino said. “Protiviti's continued recognition as a best place to work tells us that our people appreciate our culture and clearly thrive with us."
Protiviti’s latest honor adds to existing recognitions from Fortune and Vault Consulting 50, an industry-specific ranking of consulting firms.
"From the first day of an employee's career with us, we focus on helping him or her succeed in the world of consulting," Scott Redfearn, Protiviti’s executive vice president of global human resources, said. "Whether they are a managing director or a summer intern, we offer them unique learning and development programs that prepare them to solve real business problems for our clients."
Headquartered in Menlo Park, California, Protiviti operates over 70 offices spanning more than 20 nations worldwide, delivering finance, technology, operations, data analytics, governance, risk and internal audit solutions.
