PredictiveHR, a company that delivers human capital data analytics, has hired David Pollard as CEO.
"David's deep experience in HR technology and leading companies from start-up to industry prominence will play a pivotal role in our success,” Jamie Troiano, founding partner and chief operations officer, said in a statement.
PredictiveHR was formed in 2016 and uses a proprietary A.I. engine and strong expertise in HR issues to help organizations achieve success.

The company has earned a multitude of important clients early on, focusing on helping organizations take HR data and turn it into return on investment.
