Wood County's government offices in Wisconsin are looking for a full-time human resources administrator.
Duties of the position include creating job descriptions, assisting with the recruitment process, overseeing HR related training, developing employee communications programs, participating in the development of wage programs, administering the wage and salary system, conducting complaint investigations, coordinating the drug and alcohol testing program, preparing the HR annual operating budget, conducting exit interviews, maintaining files, interpreting HR policies, and preparing HR related reports.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an associate degree in HR management and SHRM accreditation and five years of hands on HR administration experience, or certification with 10 years experience in HR programs management. Applicants also need to have two years of supervisory experience.
