Michael Haske, senior vice president of sales and marketing at payroll and human capital management software solutions provider Paylocity, has been promoted to president and chief operating officer of the company.

Haske has served as senior vice president of sales and marketing at Paylocity since September 2007. He previously worked at Paychex, holding roles such as regional manager of major market services, and director of marketing and business development. He has also worked at Automatic Data Processing, holding the position of district manager followed by corporate sales trainer.

“Over the past 10 years, Michael has built a world-class sales and marketing organization and has been a driving force behind the Paylocity growth story,” Paylocity CEO Steve Beauchamp said. “As President and COO, Michael will leverage his more than 20 years of industry experience to help us continue to build strong teams across the company as Paylocity continues to grow.”
