The government of Denton County, Texas seeks a human resources information system administrator.
Duties of the full-time position include monitoring HRIS, troubleshooting technical issues, creating and updating e-learning modules, assisting with HR systems training, developing new applications to streamline HR processes, and running audits on HR data.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a valid driver’s license; and the ability to obtain a Texas driver’s license within 90 days.
Preferred qualifications include MCDBA, PHR and/or HR-CP certification, as well as experience with Crystal Reports, e-learning software, Kronos Workforce HR, Kronos Workforce Integration Manager, and Microsoft SQL.
