Cloud resource provider Workday Inc. of Pleasanton, California is featured in a new report released from Forrester Research that benchmarks existing and possible impacts of technology on industry.
Workday, which delivers financial and HR solutions, achieved superlative scores for its human capital management (HCM) strategy and a set of 16 predetermined criteria in the report entitled "The Forrester Wave: SaaS Human Resource Management Systems, Q3 2017."
"In addition to its prominent HCM brand reputation, Workday articulates a clear vision for the transformational value of the HR function and an innovative technology vision based on business flexibility, advanced analytics and UX, and a unified platform," the Forrester report said, praising the firm’s HCM as appropriate for large to extra large global businesses with the goal of improving HR and the employee experience.
Workday considers the cloud a better solution for HR, using one unified software version, centralizing the client community and providing a consistent user experience.
