Duties of the position include managing client activities, facilitating annual and open enrollment meetings, conducting service assessments to develop and prioritize strategies for clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, resolving client issues, and recommending HR policies and programs.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and three years of HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The position involves 50 to 65 percent local travel within the Westchester County area.
