Los Angeles-based First Capitol Consulting Inc. (FCCI) recently launched brand-new software as an adjunct for Quickbooks Online.
Humanefits is a platform designed to streamline all tax functions while offering verification protections along with all requisite forms.
Among its many features, Humanefits uses HR data to calculate tax savings; links time and attendance information to payroll processes; and stores data, forms and schedules. The platform keeps track of benefits records, recruitment activity, I-9 and E-Verify integration, administrative procedure, and data analytics for compliance reporting.
"Humanefits is the evolution of the automated HR information system into a Workforce Intelligence Solution Engine (WISE),” Robert Sheen, FCCI's founder, president and CEO, said. “It's a cost-effective automated HR management tool that helps organizations improve cash flow and increase access to capital using their HR data.”
Additionally, the innovative software can use data, once collected, to help guide businesses toward attaining tax credits via the federal Work Opportunity Tax Credit program if they are in the practice of hiring disadvantaged or underserved workers — such as military veterans or long-term unemployed individuals.
“The Humanefits app for Quickbooks Online brings this technology directly to Quickbooks users to help them more easily manage their workforces and generate tax savings to improve operational and financial performance," Sheen said.
FCCI is giving away a 30-day free trial period for businesses already using Quickbooks Online.
