California-based global workforce adviser Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) recently recognized two individuals among its annual “40 Under 40” list of luminary professionals that acknowledges young HR leaders demonstrating originality and enthusiasm in finding industry solutions.
Landry Seedig and Cody Burch — both of AMN Healthcare — were honored with the distinction for their respective involvement in improving the health care staffing sector. Seedig serves as division president of nurse staffing for AMN, while Burch is executive vice president of division management for B.E. Smith, an AMN company.
"Landry and Cody have already made extraordinary contributions to the healthcare staffing industry," AMN Healthcare President and CEO Susan Salka said. "We are extremely proud of them and celebrate SIA's recognition of two industry thought leaders and look forward to watching them continue to deliver incredible results and inspire colleagues."
Seedig is responsible for the nation’s largest nurse staffing business, company spokespersons said. He has a strong background in operational management, sourcing, integrations and development, with 16 years of practice in health care staffing.
Burch, as executive vice president of B.E. Smith, oversees AMN’s large interim executive leadership branch, also delivering strategic direction for senior executive searching, talent strategies, HR, accounting and IT. He has been with B.E. Smith since 2005.
