Mercer, an advice and technology solutions company, has joined with ServiceNow Sales and Services Partner programs to strategize enhancing its digital organization and workforce solutions services.
With this partnership, Mercer will now be able to support organizations that are heavily technology-based. Since Mercer is such a major influence in the HR advisory services sector, this merger is expected to be a great advancement in HR function in the workforce.
“This relationship allows Mercer to add exceptional value by aligning technology change with people priorities along a company’s digital transformation journey,” Mercer Digital CEO Rohit Mehrotra said. "The breadth of the ServiceNow platform – from IT, security, customer service and HR – enables a more agile organization designs and new models of work."
HR has implemented new technology at a slow pace, which has been a hindrance to some organizations that want to keep up with modern digital functions. In research done by Mercer's 2017 Global Talent Trends, it was discovered that only 35 percent of executives believe HR gives employees a digital experience. Mercer's ServiceNow platform will be able to offer employees that modern digital experience that is oftentimes missing.
“Employees should be given the service experience they deserve,” Deepak Rammohan Bharadwaj, general manager of HR at ServiceNow, said. “This leads to greater employee satisfaction and productivity. Our customers will benefit from Mercer’s ability to focus on the entire employee experience to create the workplace of the future.”
