Businessolver has launched MyChoice Market, its technologically advanced system for allowing employers the ability to easily transition benefits when offboarding employees.
The demand for such a solution was great, as the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics has found that Millennials, aged 19-35, spend only 1.3 years with an employer. But Workplace Trends has found that 46 percent of Millennials return to a company for which they previously worked.
"MyChoice Market can set employers apart by maintaining consistent support for employees in managing their benefits, no matter where they are on the employment spectrum," Businessolver CEO and President Jon Shanahan said.
MyChoice has been specially designed to assess if an employee is likely to leave and then return, and then create a painless transition with a couple taps on a mobile phones. Employees who are leaving or coming back to a company can change their medical, dental, vision, pet insurance and more, such as device protection plans and protection against identity theft.
"Through meaningful engagement with this network, companies can transform the offboarding process and turn departing employees into powerful brand ambassadors," Shanahan said.
