OneDigital Health and Benefits has acquired Legacy Capital Group.

An employee benefits company with locations in Little Rock, Springdale and Fort Smith, Arkansas, Legacy offers solutions for financial analysis, contract renewals, administration and communications for employee benefits.

The partnership will allow Legacy to offer its services to more clients, such as OneDigital customers in the Arkansas area.

"We are thrilled for Raymond and the Legacy Capital employee benefits Team to be joining the OneDigital Southeast Region," Wally Dawson, regional managing principal of OneDigital Southwest, said.

Raymond Raphael, managing partner of Legacy, will be working with seven advisers to deliver the same trusted services to their customers. OneDigital is seeking to change the way benefits management is handled, creating a system that is in-line with the ever-changing workforce and digitized society of today.
