HRdirect has launched HRdirect Smart Apps, which will allow HR employee-management to be brought to very small businesses.
HRdirect Smart Apps have been especially designed for small businesses that need to provide personalized solutions without traditional challenges that come with HR.
The system is compliant with labor law attorneys. Specifically, ComplyRight removes the risk of liability that could come from less-developed systems that lack full knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws.
"All too often, small-business owners are forced to use HR software that is designed for much larger organizations, which leads to higher costs and increased complexity," ComplyRight President Susan Drenning said.
ComplyRight found in the 2017 National Small Business Compliance Pulse Survey that 70 percent of small businesses still use paper, pen, sticky notes and other types of unsecure data collection instead of HR management software, and many are not even aware of the risks that such practices pose.
The Smart App has an attendance calendar for easy employee tracking; job applications, making the search for new team members easy to find; and progressive discipline, which helps companies record issues that employees have had and the consequences for such actions.
